We are Southern Maryland’s most trusted shed builder. We offer many different styles, custom packages and even multiple purchase options to help fulfill almost everyone’s need of a new storage shed. All of our sheds are designed and built with the highest quality and longevity in mind. We start by using pressure treated 4x4 beams as a base. On top of these beams we install 2x4 floor joists on 16" centers which is then covered with 5/8" plywood flooring, creating an extremely stable foundation for your shed. On the garages, the floor joists are placed on 12" centers for additional strength.
The walls are asssembled using 2x4 wall studs on 16" centers and are sheeted with 1/2" DuraTemp exterior plywood. Vinyl Sheds are sheeted with 7/16" OSB then covered with a .040 vinyl siding. Using 2x4 lumber, we install the rafters on 16" centers and cover using 30 year GAF Shingles.
